Video Fixed – Legatus Holy Land Pilgrimage Day 4: Capernaum, Up to Jerusalem

by Steve Ray on October 12, 2014

Sorry the wrong video uploaded last night. It was only 50 seconds, just a segment of our dinner. Now we have the whole video up – almost 15 minutes of the entire day including Capernaum and the Sea of Galilee and the drive up to Jerusalem.

Enjoy today’s video.

Mom & Dad, sorry I’m late to comment. We’ve been busy working on a Habitat House with Ben the past couple of days and couldn’t get the blog to load in the hotel. Home now and catching up. It looks like you have been eating and drinking well. Food looks delicious and sights are awe inspiring and beautiful. So glad you have been able to enjoy this once in a lifetime trip. Can’t wait to see all your pictures when you return and hear your stories. News back here is your grandson, Tony, completed his first Chicago Marathon today in 4 hours. I e-mailed you a picture. Love you!

Dear Mom and Dad (Lottie & Bob),
Hope you are having a great time on your pilgrimage. Thanks for posting the videos of your trip online. The food looks amazing and I especially liked seeing you renew your vows in Cana. Hope you get to go for a soak in the Dead Sea while you are there. Looking forward to breaking bread with you in Atlanta for thanksgiving. Have new cream of black walnut soup recipe that we discovered this weekend that I know you will love. Especially because soup is your speciality. 🙂
    Love,
    Jared and Del

I received an email today asking for prayers for a little two year old from Kansas City. His name is Joe and he was just diagnosed on October 2 with medulloblastoma stage 3-4. This type of cancer is not only aggressive and fast growing but it often comes back even if they can shrink it with chemo. The family is praying for a miracle. As you know, today, Monday Oct. 13 is the anniversary of Mary’s appearance to the children in Fatima and the miracle of the sun. The family says, “We have been honest with all of you by saying that it will take a miracle to save Joe. We want to ask you to help us storm heaven for that miracle. ….So we put our trust in the Lord through the intercession of Our Lady of the Rosary and St. Joseph to fully restore the health of our baby boy if it be His will.”

God bless all of you on this journey! Thanks for the prayers. I will be praying for YOU!

Just thought you would like to know that the Eagles and Patriots both won yesterday!
Only a few more days until you come home – we look forward to hearing everything about
Your wonderful experiences. Don’t forget to say prayers for us!
All is well here but we miss you a lot – stay safe – Love, Mimi
