Pilgrimages and Cruise and the Wuhan Coronavirus Virus
by Steve Ray on March 12, 2020
We have an alternative pilgrimage to Israel scheduled at the end of July and first week of August. For those who missed out the spring, you can join us in July. Our cruise in September is still full steam ahead as well as all of our Israel trip’s in the fall.
The world has shut, as you are all aware. It has brought chaos for most businesses but especially the travel industry. Footprints of God has for the last 15 years delegated all aspects of our pilgrimages to the Catholic, family-owned business Corporate Travel Services. They have been excellent and are now doing all they can to handle our trips and pilgrims.
However, they are dealing with hundreds of closures, cancellations and phone calls every day. They have been forced to close their office and now are under the added difficulties of working from their homes. When contacting them please remember to be patient and kind as they work to solve so many issues at once.
For inquiries and information, contact their Reservations Team at 866-468-1420 or 866-557-2364 or write them at email@example.com.
As everyone certainly knows by now, the Oberammergau Passion Play has been postponed until 2022. Corporate Travel Services has over 1000 pilgrims registered for these plays in Germany. Two of these groups were ours. They are now assessing this whole crisis and how best and possible to handle it all.
Our May trips to Israel and now Lourdes-Fatima have been disrupted as well And are being rescheduled. Contact CTS for details.
We see no reason why our July-August trip to Israel and our cruise will not go. We are moving full steam ahead on both of those and all of our fall trips as well.
