  • He’s Blessed? What’s the big deal? Jesus told us that “Blessed are ALL THOSE who have not seen, but have believed” on Him.

STEVE RAY HERE: ONE NEEDS TO REALIZE THAT WORDS CAN HAVE SHADES OF MEANING AND EVEN SEVERAL MEANINGS. FOR EXAMPLE, **HOLY** CAN MEAN EITHER **SINLESS** OR **CONSECRATED**. TO UNDERSTAND **HOLY FATHER** TO MEAN THAT THE POPE IS SINLESS WOULD BE INCORRECT, BUT TO MEAN HE IS CONSECRATED FOR A SPECIAL CALL OF GOD WOULD BE CORRECT.

YOU REALLY SHOULD DO YOUR HOMEWORK MORE CAREFULLY AND REALIZE THE NUANCES AND MEANINGS OF THE WORD **BLESSED* AND THEY WAY IT HAS BEEN USED IN SCRIPTURE, THEOLOGY AND HISTORY.
