Transfiguration, Annunciation in Nazareth and Wedding Renewals in Cana – and Running and Swimming

Renewing Wedding Vows

Family, friends and well-wishers: if you leave a comment below I will read it to the pilgrims each day on the bus. Please leave your thoughts and encouragements and/or prayer requests.

Today was great all the way around. Great weather except for a few minutes of sprinkles. Swimming, running, walks through Tiberias on top of all the visits to biblical sites. Mass at the top of the Mountain of Transfiguration is always a blessing.

Renewal of Wedding Vows and “kissing the bride” alway is fun and emotional. Visiting the very place where the words of the Rosary were actually spoken “Hail Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee!”

Today we had the added blessing of being in the Church of Annunciation when it was filled with hundreds of local Arab Christians celebrating their Sunday Mass. I was moved to tears.

Enjoy the movie!

Awww, I got a little teary-eyed watching everyone renew their wedding vows. Congrats and God bless all of you in your marriages. …my four year old was happy to see Grandma and Grandpa, but she’s mostly just jealous of your food. Stay safe!
